I absolutely love trying new products and reincorporating old faves into my routine. Here are some things I've been loving this July!
Beauty:
MAC Springsheen Blush
I am the ultimate sucker for a peach based blush (obvi, come on). I just can not resist them, no matter what brand. Usually, I tend to stick to matte blushes because of the acne scarring on my cheeks but this is a definite exception. This blush is actually very similar to Orgasm by NARS, except Springsheen has a tad more peach and gold throughout it. If you want NARS' Orgasm but don't want to spend $30 dollars on a blush this one is a nice $22 option.
Swatches with and without flash:
MAC Studio Conceal & Correct Duo Wand
Anything that says it will color correct my under eyes while brightening sounds right up my alley. I love a good highlighted under eye area. Regardless of the concealer I use, I tend to still have some darkness poking through. This product actually covers my dark circles while still brightening. How I use it: I prep my under eye area with eye cream, then I mix the pink and the yellow and blend it out with my beauty blender. After that I add my concealer.
The shade I use is Pale Yellow/Pale Pink.
Becca x Jaclyn Hill Shimmering Skin Perfecter-Champagne Pop
HOLY CRAP. Jaclyn Hill is bae, obviously. She is totally my spirit animal and her makeup looks are just so so beautiful. Of course, just like her collab with Morphe Brushes, this highlighter DID NOT disappoint! It's extremely soft and smooth on the skin and has looked gorgeous with every single makeup look that I have tried it with. I prefer to be highlighted to the gawds, so I usually pop on two coats just an FYI.

Skincare:
Clinique Moisture Surge Face Spray
My best friend Shivani suggested I try this, and it did not disappoint. Anything that makes me feel refreshed will always be something I'm willing to try. I was worried it was too similar to Fix + by MAC but for my night time routine I actually prefer this one. The only thing I don't really love about this is that it runs out fairly quickly. I'm already 3/4 of the way finished with mine and I only use it once a day. I incorporated this into my nightly routine right after my toner. I love that this seems to make my serum or moisturizer last longer. When I spritz my face with this before I moisturize I notice I use a lot less product which is always a great benefit.
Bath&Body Works-Amber Blush Ultra Shea Body Cream
This literally smells heavenly. Just perfume-y enough and just sweet enough. I was honestly so shocked to say that I was completely moisturized by this. It claims to give 24 hour moisture and it really lived up to that claim. I tend to get weary about overly scented body lotions because they usually have high levels of alcohol in them and end up actually drying your skin out. It was a nice relief when this one did the opposite and kept me super silky. I'm not sure if this is a permanent scent by them but one can only hope.
Soap and Glory Smoothie Star Breakfast Scrub
This is another product that just smells too frickin good to resist. I love breakfast foods and this scrub smells like warm french toast with maple syrup, I. can't. even. take. it. In addition to that, this scrub is awesome. I'm really finicky about body scrubs because in my old age (aka 22) I feel like they tend to dry me out easily. I was pleasantly surprised to find that this moisturized my skin as well as exfoliate me which is something that's rather difficult to find.

Hart Of Dixie:
I have been SO obsessed with this show lately!! Clearly I am late to the party because it ended this past March but I have watched the entire series in less than a month. Granted, there were only four seasons, but I am still in love. It wasn't until after I had began watching the show on Netflix that I heard that the fourth season would be its last. I was pissed!! I wasn't ready for it to be over but it was such a great show regardless. Plus, who could honestly resist Wade Kinsella (played by Wilson Bethel) *heart eyes emoji*. Also now I'm 99% sure I'm going to have to name my first child Lemon because a) Lemon Breeland, duh, b) who doesn't love lemons and c) it's so frickin cute. Needless to say I'm super bummed this show is over, but it's on Netflix so go watch!
